Lawrence is passionate about inspiring others from all walks of life and helping to transform lives. During coaching sessions, individuals are challenged in an uplifting way to think and believe differently and thus rise to their best level. He has guided individuals to empower themselves. He has designed and delivered workshops that provide strategies and solutions for individuals and teams. Lawrence has expertise in leadership, transformational life coaching, training, and development, mentoring at-risk youth and families, client services, nonprofit management, operations management, and corporate communication.

Level Up with Lawrence provides transformational life coaching with confidence and equips clients to thrive rather than survive. The mission of Level Up with Lawrence is to encourage individuals to consider and pursue workable solutions, best practices, and continual improvement. One of the methods I use with individuals is to engage in one-on-one constructive conversations to elevate to life's next level.
